Hatha Yoga
Traditional Hatha Yoga grounded in attentive alignment, conscious breath and sustained practice. Classes move from stillness into strength, mobility and balance, creating space for both discipline and restoration.
02
Breath & Sound
Prāṇāyāma, breath awareness and immersive sound practices using singing bowls, voice, subtle vibration and silence. The work supports deeper listening, steadiness and an inward return.
03
Holistic Therapy
Individual sessions combining massage, breath, sound, guided relaxation and energetic work according to the needs of each person. Every session is adapted carefully rather than following a fixed formula.

About
Born of Caribbean and Indian heritage and based in Japan, Pascal Rosier teaches traditional Hatha Yoga with a deep interest in breath, sound, contemplative practice and the relationship between the body and the natural world.
His teaching is influenced by classical Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, prāṇāyāma, restorative practice and yoga philosophy. He approaches yoga not simply as physical exercise, but as a sustained discipline of attention, awareness and inner transformation.
Through group classes, private sessions, sound work and retreats, he creates spaces where people can slow down, breathe more fully and return to a clearer relationship with themselves.
Private Sessions
Private sessions offer dedicated space to explore what is most needed: Hatha Yoga, mobility, restorative practice, breath regulation, sound, massage, energetic work or simply learning how to rest.
Each session is shaped around the individual and may combine several methods. Sessions are available in person in Tokyo and, where appropriate, online.

Retreats
Seasonal retreats and immersive practices in Japan, with future retreats connected to Nepal and Martinique. These gatherings combine Hatha Yoga, prāṇāyāma, sound, meditation, nature and deep rest.
Small groups. Spacious days. Details announced as each retreat is confirmed.
Journal
All entries
Reflections on yoga, breath, sound, nature, practice and the inner life.
On Stillness
What it means to practice without goal — a reflection on the quality of attention we bring.
Breath as Teacher
The inhale asks. The exhale releases. Each cycle is a small death and rebirth.
Notes from Daikanyama
A morning walk before teaching. Fog on the Meguro River, the particular silence of a city waking up.
